PE G3/4D, PE G3/4K Sensor Sleeves
The sensor sleeve is a simple cover for placing the sensor directly inside a pipe or tank. It is mounted to a G3/4" thread, usually in a "T" piece or a weld. The PK41 box should be installed nearby, to hold the input block of the respective analyzer.
Warning: With this mounting method, the active part of the sensor is not protected from damage. It is necessary to carefully assess the working conditions of the sensor placed in this way (in terms of pressure or floating debris), as well as the feasibility and frequency of calibrations, checks and cleaning, due to the need to shut down the pipeline or tank every time the sensor is removed.
