SPR41ME(K) Flow-through Probe
This probe is designed for applications where the sample is fed from a tap located on a pipe or tank. It is mounted on a vertical plate or wall with two M8 screws, or using the MUT12 clamp. The active surface of the sensor is automatically cleaned with a brush, planchet or other cleaning element (multiple options, depending on the type of sensor). This, together with a sufficient pipe cross-section and excellent access to the sensor (thanks to the easily removable vessel), makes this probe suitable for measuring even very dirty samples with sediment formation. The need for manual interventions (cleaning) and associated measurement shutdowns is minimized.
The measured sample is supplied and discharged through a DN 1/2" (13 mm) hose. The sensor is designed for pressure-free operation (the output hose leads to waste open to the atmosphere). One ø12 (15) mm sensor and a temperature sensor may be installed. The SPR41MEK variant is designed for short sensors with a length of 57 mm.
