pH value: Recommended sets

Our production has a modular character. Various combinations of meters and other components successfully cover a wide range of applications in industry, water management, and many other areas. Upon request, we will be happy to offer you a suitable configuration tailored for your application. If you want to better orient yourself in the products of our company, some typical sets proven in practice follow. However, this is far from a complete list of all possible combinations.

Measurement of pH in neutralization tanks

A set with glass pH electrode in a robust rod-style probe with automatic sensor cleaning. Measurement assumed in an open tank, in parentheses the variant for two measurement locations. (Note: Glass sensors are not suitable for measurements in the presence of fluoride ions.)

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x(2x) pH measurement
  • For outdoor installation 1x MUT13V clamp with protective cover
  • 1x(2x) submersible probe SPO41MEK with automatic cleaning
  • 1x(2x) pH sensor 01-30GK
  • 1x(2x) temperature sensor TTK21PS (if temperature correction is required)
  • 1x(2x) MUT11B clamp (if needed)

pH measurement for water treatment plants - raw water, lime dosing, flocculant dosing

A set with glass pH electrode, with automatic cleaning of the sensor. Supply of the water sample through a hose, the variant for two measured locations is given in brackets.

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x(2x) pH measurement
  • 1x(2x) flow-through probe SPR41ME with automatic cleaning
  • 1x(2x) pH sensor 01-30G
  • 1x(2x) temperature sensor TTK21PL (if temperature correction is required)

pH measurement for water treatment plants - treated water

A set with glass pH electrode in a flow-through probe, or in a cost-saving flow-through unit. Supply of water sample through a hose, no automatic cleaning of the sensor. The variant for two measured locations is given in parentheses.

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x(2x) pH measurement
  • 1x(2x) flow-through probe SPR42, or flow-through unit PB42V with PK41 junction box
  • 1x(2x) pH sensor 01-29G (for SPR42) or 01-29GK (for PB42V)
  • 1x(2x) temperature sensor TTK21PS (if temperature correction is required)

Measurement of pH (and temperature) for WWTP - raw water

Classic set with a glass pH electrode in a rod-style probe, for measurements in a tank or channel with an open surface. The spherical cover over the sensor helps self-cleaning by flowing water (mechanical cleaning is not recommended due to the usual presence of fibrous substances).

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x pH measurement
  • 1x submersible probe SPO41K with spherical cover
  • 1x pH sensor 01-29GK
  • 1x temperature sensor TTK21PS (if temperature correction is required)
  • 1x MUT11B clamp

Measurement of pH (and temperature) for WWTP - raw water (lightweight version)

A cost-saving set with a glass pH electrode in a suspended miniature probe. The saving of space and price is redeemed by the lower comfort of maintenance.

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x pH measurement
  • 1x suspension probe SHI63
  • 1x pH sensor 521-BNC
  • 1x MUT14 clamp

Measurement of pH and temperature for fish farming technologies

A cost-saving set with glass pH electrodes in suspended miniature probes. A single device supports up to 12 measurement points (more than 4 outputs only available via the MODBUS interface).

ORP and pH measurement for water treatment plants

Combination of both usual measurements in a single device. The variant with automatic sensor cleaning is suitable for raw water, or for other places in the technology where lime, flocculant, etc. are dispensed.

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x ORP + pH measurements, optional 2x relay outputs
  • 2x flow-through probe SPR41ME with automatic cleaning
  • 1x ORP sensor Pt271T
  • 1x pH sensor 01-30G
  • 1x temperature sensor TTK21PL (if temperature correction is required for pH measurement)

Measurement of pH, ORP and chlorine for swimming pools (with possibility of direct dosage control)

Measurement of a trio of common pool water parameters in a single compact block with water sample supplied through a tube. The dosage of chemicals may also be directly controlled, usually to achieve the correct pH and chlorine values. The option listed in parentheses serves two pools within the same building, but is limited to a maximum of 4 outputs by a 4-20 mA current loop and a maximum of 4 relays.

  • 1x MFD88 analyzer configured for 1x(2x) pH + ORP + Chlorine, optional 2x(4x) relay outputs (direct dosage control)
  • 1x(2x) flow-through unit PB43V
  • 2x(4x) PK41 junction box
  • 1x(2x) ph sensor 01-29GK
  • 1x(2x) ORP sensor Pt271TK
  • 1x(2x) clorine and temperature sensor CSUT43PS
