Analyzer stations

Our company offers also compact analyzer stations, equipped with various combinations of analyzers from our production, according to customer's wishes. In addition to the individual instruments and sensors, the station also includes all the necessary cables and hydraulic elements (overflow bypass to ensure optimal water flow, closing valves, pipelines). After connecting to a water sample (from a pipeline or an auxiliary pump), waste, mains voltage and possibly to a transmission device or a computer, the station can therefore be put into operation within a few hours.

Analyzer stations are suitable for continuous monitoring of all basic qualitative parameters of surface, groundwater and waste water. Further sensors from our production may be connected, which allows the station to monitor extra points, distant up to 1000 m from the station.

All sensors are automatically and efficiently cleaned, increasing the quality of measurements and reducing the demands on the station operator. The hydraulic paths are also constructed in such a way as to minimize the risk of contamination by undissolved substances or biological growth.

The measured values are available for further processing either in the form of standardized analog signals (0/4 to 20 mA) or via the RS485 serial interface with the MODBUS protocol. The values may also be stored in the memory of the installed devices, for later transfer or inspection.
