Service and support

Our company provides long-term service for delivered products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 1992. If you need service or even just advice, just call or write to discuss your request.

You can also handle a number of common tasks yourself, which saves time and costs. This mainly includes regular calibration of sensors, or the replacement of small worn parts - membrane heads, cleaning elements, some kinds of sensors, etc. You can find the relevant procedures in the user's manual for individual products, or we will be happy to advise you over the phone.
